Threadgill,
( also affectionately called “Lady T”) is the daughter of Curtis S.
Jones and Sarah L. Chatman. Latarsha was born and raised in Lumberton,
North Carolina. At the age of 16, she accepted the Lord as her personal
Savior under the leadership of the late Bishop James C. Bryant
at St. Mary Holiness Church, Holy Bible Church of God. On October 30,
1994, she married her soul mate, Bishop Glister Threadgill, Jr. After
six years of marriage, Bishop Threadgill and Minister L. Threadgill
decided to add to their nest, Sarai Alexis and Glister Threadgill III.
In 1995, Lady Threadgill served as Secretary to the National Youth
Department of the Holy Bible Church of God. In 2001, she became
Co-Founder and Secretary/Treasurer of Paradise of Deliverance
Ministries, Inc. In 2004, she was appointed to serve as the Secretary to
the Board of Directors for True Holiness Temple, Inc.
The Lord has blessed her to receive a favorable education. In 1994, she
attended North Carolina A&T State University and in 1997 transferred to
Rutgers University in Camden, New Jersey, where she received her
Bachelor’s Degree in English in 1998. She went on to further her
education and attended Community College of Philadelphia where she
received her Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies in 2002. Lady
Threadgill continued to persevere in her education and received her
Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and Human Resources
Certificate at Devry University, Keller Graduate School of Management in
2007.
On Friday, August 8, 2008, it was her season to give birth in Ministry
and she preached “I’m Coming Out.” This was the beginning of the
unfolding of God’s divine purpose for her life. She is a phenomenal
preacher, exalter, and dedicated servant of the Most High. She leads by
example and is an inspiration to women, young and matured alike. She is
highly favored of God and the Lord has great things in store for her.
On Sunday, July 3, 2011, during the 62nd
General Assembly of True Holiness Temple, Incorporated; the Presiding
Prelate, Dr. Gloria J. Lewis announced and appointed Minister Threadgill
as Assistant Pastor of Paradise of Deliverance Worship Center. To God be
the Glory for the Great Things He has done.
